Alexis Bus ran on time. Very crowded as was expected. There was about a 20 minute break in the middle for bathroom and food, arrived in Delhi about 4.5 hours later. Luckily my taxi driver knew the spot as the bus was *slightly* at a different spot than the pick up address. Generally felt safe.

Anthony QThe driver was pleasant and could not be faulted however we ordered and paid extra for a 6 person vehicle to have more comfort and space for the journey however the car which collected us was a small saloon. I gave the feedback to the company and asked for the extra paid for the 6 seater to be refunded but have not had a response other than an acknowledgment of receipt of my complaint. Also only one seatbelt out of 2 was working in the back of the car. When we expressed concern the driver just said he’d drive slowly!
