Not a great experience to be honest. Arrived on time so I guess there's that... I'm not normally the sort of person to complain but wow, the driver was super rude, was smoking while stuck in traffic, playing loud music the entire trip which just made the ride super uncomfortable. We got stuck in heavy traffic coming out of Cameron Highlands which resulted in like being an hour behind schedule. Note I said we arrived on time - we did but wow bro was driving like a maniac. Way too fast around mountain corners low-key he looked out of control at times lol. WiFi didn't work, plugs didn't work all in all a pretty rubbish trip. We travelled with CS travel on the way up and really regretted not rebooking with them wayyyyyy better service and experience!

Fancy bus driving fast to Tanah Rata. It makes 1 bathroom stop at a gas station and then stops in Ipoh to pick up more people. You have to pay 1rg additional on the bus station at Butterworth to do the check in and have your tickets.

The driver missed stops along the way, and left us in Penang instead of George Town. Everyone was confused. One passenger had to take a bus back to Ipoh because he went past her stop, and one had to take a bus back to Butterworth because he missed his stop.
The driver seemed in a hurry.

The bus driver was on his phone the ENTIRE time. Playing video games full-volume. My boyfriend asked him to stop playing games while driving, but he continued to text on WhatsApp. Maybe not reflective of the company as a whole, but we felt it was very unsafe and the company should not employ drivers who aren’t capable of driving safely.

The busride was very good, driver drove calmly on the bendy road from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. Bus was an hour late though, which is common but the time on 12go is not correct! It says 1h13m but not even a fast car could make it that fast, it takes an hour more so 2h15m (without traffic).

The coach was good and comfy, but there was a blocked road and another bus had a small accident next to us, that's why we had a delay of 2h. The problem is, there was no communication to us what happens

Bus was on time. Nice and clean and comfortable. Driver was safe and drove responsibly. Only down side is there was no stops for food as stated when booking. We stopped half way in Ipoh which was just a toilet block and no food whatsoever. Not good as this route was over lunch time.

They were punctual. We thought it would be a normal bus, but it was a minivan. The driver went super-fast to the destination. Once there we had to wait about an hour to be picked up from the boat, so maybe it's not necessary to leave that early in the morning; but I guess they do it just in case there is any traffic jam.

Went from Ipoh to Cameroon Highlands. The bus was very comfortable, only 3 seats in one row (1 on one side, 2 on the other) so they were very wide and spacious. Driver was careful but on time. Very pleasant trip!

The bus took 7 hours instead of 4,5. We were prepared for this delay because many people complained here that it took longer. Anyway, why not put the correct info on the website? The bus was comfy tho.
