Trip everything fine, only concern was Chinese passenger coughing his wife moved him to front of boat. She went back to the rear, he took off mask and coughed all the way to Hua hin

Everything was great, but I haven't realized that you can not stay or even go out on the deck. I was so looking forward to feel the wind and see the sunset outside...

Outstanding to have this option!! 2 hours from Hua Hin to Pattaya is Buddha sent. Excellent service, excellent crossing, polite and professional crew. Paid small premium for upper deck which was very comfortable and with only a few other passengers. No motion sickness as I was led to believe before booking.....My wife enjoyed it immensely having never experienced anything like it before. Well done everyone, it will be my preferred mode of travel every time in the future.

Modern fast catamaran. Allocated seats. Spacious Food service is poor and not enough crew Check in is a mess. Hope it isn’t raining as u will be in a line for 30 mins on the exposed jetty!

The voyage was much more pleasant and fast compared to road transfer. Getting to the boat over the long pier with luggage is cumbersome. Some kind of transfer service, e.g. by electric cart against a fee, would be welcome.

I will never use you again I made a mistake with the date I was at the pier they would not change the date I had to bye another ticket I will pursue this with my bank to get my money back I have also talked to people not to use your service I payed for a ticket that I could not use your staff are very rude because of my mistake they said that I had to bye another ticket

If they residents built more and higher quality restaurant/bar business along the road to and from the pier the experience would be improve and the residents would make a lot more baht.

Ferry,was late in leaving

It is a fastest route between pattaya and hua hin. Very few tourist are there on this ferry, I am worrying about that long term shipping can or cannot.

Bought tickets online and it was so straight forward picking up tickets and going through security. Smooth crossing in 2 hours!

Booking was easy. A lot of room on boat which was great to sdil in as it was on time with friendly staff

The check in process was quick and ride was pleasant. The only area of improvement for me is the waiting area. The ticket said to be there like 45 minutes before scheduled departure time but there is nothing to do in the waiting area and it was hot and humid.

Only Need some good seats .. they are terrible.. And be sure that you are booking the right day .. because there are no way of service back to get change a day or a time .. not even if you try 1 hour after your booking.. or want to pay a fee for booking mistake to change the day back on a Round trip .. ( This is not a good service )

Only thing to mention is the bad seats .. it suppose to the same as in a airplane or the government bus from Hua Hin to Suwanabumi Airport
