Travelling as a family and most of us 6’1” or more, or just short of it, we found the cabins understandably cramped but okay and a good service from the bus team.

Mark POnly issue was found out at 12.30 that we had to be there an hour earlier than first told. Lucky we woke up at 2.30am and checked my phone. Also the pick up was 1 hr later that told and one street away from the pickup link they sent. The driver was a safe driver all good there.

Diana TWe really liked the trip!! Our driver was very polite and welcoming. He greeted us and made sure we are comfortable in the car which was spacious, clean, and had good A/C.
Everything was on time from the driver’s side and company manager was always on the phone with us. We had a short delay in departure but it was because we were waiting for another passenger to get through passport control and we were absolutely ok with that. Otherwise, pick up time and drop off was on time.
Our driver, Tựu Nguyên, was very nice, caring, and polite. So we even asked him and his manager to pick us up on our way back to Da Nang. And they organized it effectively. we do recommend this trip and company from Da Nang to Hoi An!

Julie DSquishy aisle to get to seat and rude driver but good seat. I booked 10am departure but then got a message to go to a certain pickup location and be ready at 8:50-9:10am. I got there 8:40am just so I wasn’t late. Driver didn’t arrive til nearly 1hr later at 9:33am. Why make me get there so early when driver doesn’t arrive til so much later. Standing in hot 31c sun. Driver was rude and as I got off he looked me up and down and laughed at my weight with a local man. What a terrible experience. Will get a train in future. The aisle was only about 20cm wide and you had to swing yourself around seats just to get to your seat. But I did appreciate the little step up into the vehicle so step not so high. I’m in my 50s and wouldn’t do this again. Train would be more pleasant of an experience. Local guy on bus didn’t even move his feet so I could get passed him into my seat in corner. I was polite to everyone but then just tuned and and said nothing waiting for it to just be over. The booking lady was lovely trying to chase up why driver 45 minutes late and also reprimand him for his rude behaviour. When we arrived he said you out through pointing. I was dropped off at a random street corner while others continued on into city. I just bought a coffee and got a taxi to the city.

Emily POur journey was changed to 1.25hrs early with only a couple of hours notice with the starting pick up point also being changed to much further away. Actual journey was okay but was then dropped off 30 mins further from our original drop off point 3 hours earlier than planned so we arrived at our accommodation at 4am rather than 7am.

Joanna NGreat service collecting us and bus left on time. It was clean and comfy. The driver however drove very fast, hard braking often and honked his musical horn every 30 seconds which after six hours drove us mad. It felt as if he was just doing it for the sake of it as sometimes there was no other traffic. We stopped a few times at service stations but were given no info to get off or for how long we had etc, it was guesswork. We arrived on time and were totally ready to get off by then. Have used many buses in Vietnam, this was the noisiest and fastest by far. Still, we arrived in one piece but would hate to have been on it during the night. Beep beep beep beep beep! 😭 Beds were comfy but have taken a star off for the time we spent hanging on!

Sean CThe bus was late collecting us in the first place which was a bad sign. Then it proceeded to stop at random different locations multiple times throughout the evening for no reason. There was no communication to us about why we kept stopping or what was going on or even when we were allowed to get out and use the bathroom. The bus driver then drove past our stop for 15 minutes just to turn around and then drive back 15 minutes later. We ended up being over 3 hours late turning a 6 hour journey into a 9.5 hour journey. We also didn’t even get dropped at our right location and had to walk to the final bus stop. The beds were comfy but that was the only good thing.

Ed VDecent service despite a last minute change of the departure address in Hoi An. The long distance sleeper bus was less comfortable with very narrow beds. If you are somewhat bulky ask for a bed in the middle. The bus left on time and arrived just a few minutes early.

Ignacio NThe voucher indicated 20.45h as departure time and the company was telling that bus was at 19.30h - after a while i managed to set it for the last bus at 20.30h but was still asked to go to a minivan at 19.50h. Pick-up location was also completely wrong same as final destination within the city

Sofiia RIn the morning of the travel day operator informed us that bus will depart 1.5 h earlier than we booked. This has changed our plans for the day significantly that was very disappointing as we booked specifically late to leave Hoi An as late as possible to catch evenings view. The beds in the end of the bus was not possible to make horizontal and this was very uncomfortable. We are 1.6 m but felt there like in the box and could not sleep at all because of the position of the bed. Arrived too early and very tired.
From positives - we had good amount of toilet stops and bus was not too noisy, charging sockets were working.

James SPicked up at my hotel by car and drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction, then had to wait 30 mintues for bus to arrive. Had to cross busy street with my luggage while attendant flagged down the bus. The bus slowed down but never stopped moving as my luggage was thrown into the cargo area and I had to board the bus while it was moving. It stopped suddenly and I was thrown backward before I could get into my assigned cabin. Totally unsafe and irresonsibleds on the part of the driver and bus company

Fidel AThe local agency where I caught my bus was not helpful. They cancelled my earlier bus from 1030 am which I had already purchased a ticket, and did not try to work with me. They told me to be there at 7pm and had no staff at the office. Once I called multiple times they finally showed up and did not explain anything. I waited over an hour and after may questions I finally was put on a bus. The bus ride was excellent but the local sales person was not.

Jackie OThe bus was 1.5 hours later than they told me. And at the last minute myself and another customer were put in a van and taken elsewhere to be put on the bus. Not speaking the language we were not sure what was happening and when finally being put on a bus 30 minutes away from where we waited we were not even sure it was going the correct way. It was but it was unnerving.

Macey IThere was lots of communication issues - we were messaged to get there 2 hours earlier than the initial meeting time with 30mins notice only to leave 1 hour post the initial time. The bus was clean and comfortable, water provided + toilet on board. Don’t believe we had any stops but I was asleep for most of the ride. Unfortunately we got dropped off in a random location on the side of the road) 30 minutes out of Hoi An) and got told a shuttle bus would be coming to get us. 1 hour later it still had not arrived so they provided private transport to take us straight to our accommodation.

Berthold PWe have Book so early, we have Book the bus Because of the beds (so I could stretch my legs), we are 66 and 63 years old and wanted a certain level of comfort… when we boarded, only the last two seats at the back of the bus were free, I couldn't recline the seat flat, so it was very uncomfortable, and the departure was also 1.5 hours later than planned… so far the worst bus ride in Vietnam… unfortunately… I cannot recommend this bus company.

Jessie DSecond time booking with this agency. First time they put us in the lower back beds, during an overnight bus, and they couldn't lay down. So we couldn't sleep at all! Second time we thought 'let's book a day bus so we can stay awake and sleep later at the hostel', so we did, and they put me in a broken bed that couldn't sit straight and had no seatbelt! So I asked if i could move beds because I didn't want to lay down the whole daytrip, but he only said 'no'. Mind you, half of the bus was empty! So there was no reason for me not to be able to change beds.

Andrew EThe driver drove crazy fast, we arrived over 3hours early. This meant the bus was bouncing over the road a lot - and there is very little open at 4:30am. The driver also tested amber on his alcohol level before driving which may explain things!!
The bed was comfy, but had bread crumbs on, showing hygiene was poor.
We were informed toilets were on board - they were not.

Randy VDriver was 2 hours late for pickup, the only seats for my wife and I were at the very back of van , with no legroom, everyone on board slept so they all pulled down their windows shades which made it impossible to see anything outside, the driver was terrible honking and changing lanes for 4 hours, never will book with that company again

Dan CI mean we left two hours after we were meant to leave and arrived 2 hours late. Was a bit chaotic with pick ups etc but it got us there I guess. To be expected if you’re being taken to a remote place. Didn’t have much choice so had to go with this company.

Nicolas VSorry but because we had to push the bus at 5am, wait for hours in a suffocating hot bus without AC and arrived 10 hours after when we were supposed to arrived, I cannot say I had a good trip even if the bus was good, and landscapes amazing.

Sharath CBooked at bus- 6pm to 7am. They contacted me saying that bus is full, changed me to 5:30pm bus. Then at 4:30pm pn that day they called me multiple times saying I need to be there by 5pm to check-in and that was a blatant lie, I rushed to the bus station and we left the bus at 5pm and not 5:30pm, like it's their wish at that point. And reached one hour later that what I booked even though I took a bus that left one hour early.

The road from Nha Trang to Quy Nhon is pretty poor so be prepared for a very bumpy ride !!
