Amazing bus trip from San Sebastian to Bilbao. This was a very nice bus. the schedule was organized and on time. Very clear, comfortable seats. I wish all buses were like this! there was nothing at all that I would change.

OK if you know where to catch it from…. Convenience and speed of travel. Absolutely no information in the bus station to tell you where to catch the bus from. At the allotted time the bus arrived and stopped outside the bus station. An old man in the bus station (don’t know if he was an official or not) told us that this was the one for the airport otherwise we would have had no idea and would have missed it and probably also the plane.

The fact that it is possible to get from Malaga to Alicante. That is does not pick up at Antequera. The seats are small. The aisle is narrow. The stops do not have good ammenities. It is virtually impossible to eat sensibly during the 9 hours.

On time and well organised. Stopped after 2 hours for 15 mins for toilets/refreshments. Good journey and easy way to get to Seville. As a first time user we found it difficult to know which platform etc to catch bus from. Once it arrived the driver was helpful though. You have to be organised as the bus arrives and leaves very promptly.

Inflexible Driver. Tidiness of bus. Driver mede us place a backpack with expensive photography equipment in the trunk. The backpack travels with me in planes as a personal object. Despite explaining this to the driver he insisted it was company policy. He told me I should get off and check the backpack in the stops. The bus was totally empty. Appalling service. Not recommend this company.

The bus got me from A to B on time. A shame that the driver was so unpleasant. I like the connections to charge my phone. The driver was incredibly rude, even though I spoke to him in Portuguese, and I was very polite.

Arrivée en avance, la conductrice et le contrôleur m'ont autorisé à prendre le bus plus tôt (au lieu de 17 h 15, j'ai pris un bus vers 13 h 30). je ne parle pas espagnol et le sourire de la conductrice m'a mis à l'aise. Great way to get from Benidorm to the airport. Bus arrived on time, left on time and arrived at the airport on time. Our bus was a little ’tired’ looking. Condensation water running down the inside of the window onto the seat. We moved seats.

Good but not perfect. The routes destinations are good for tourists to be able to travel cheaply. The prices are really good for the distance travelling as well. The driver managed to get around the challenging roads the best he could to make the journey as comfortable as possible. The bus I wanted to get on was actually 40mins late with no explanation as to why. There was no way to track the bus and no notification either on my phone or at the bus stop to say it was running behind. There was nothing during the booking process to say that covid masks were still required otherwise you won’t be allowed on the bus.

Barcelona to Andorra and back. Loved the timely manner the coach had arrived at the station. Driver was able to speak a little English and ask for what was required which was nice. Although a long drive, cleanliness of the coach and space did assist. Did not see signs for any toilet so maybe in future that would be handy. The small TV screens attached to the back of chairs did not work on all chairs so was a little bit of a let down and when one did work and you clicked on English it still spoke in Spanish/Catalan. Decent ride and trip overall. There was a very cold breeze that came in all cracks of the coach. Every when Aircon was not on. No toilet facility available. No curtains/blinds to block out light it wanting to sleep on the journey.

Easy to book, great value and comfortable ride. Bus was very clean and in good condition. Clean, comfy, convenient. The rush for the bus when the driver was ready. A bit slow to load due to passport checks and passenger tick off before boarding. Maybe if there was a more formal queueing system and the driver had a helper this would be a quicker process. The screens on the backs of the seats did not work or would not turn off, maybe a bit of maintenance would help. Neither my partner or I could connect to Wifi :(.

Easiest way to travel. Quality and cost of service. Very confusing having the bus at bus stop 1 and the screens (main bus station and bus stop) saying that it is going from bus stop 2 so the people that got there early were all waiting in wrong place! Seat back screens annoying if you cannot turn them off No wifi.

Het was een zeer slechte chauffeur, geen manieren en geen geen empatisch gevoel, zeer onvoldoende, . Alleen de prijs was goed. De chauffeur was in alle opzichten een dikke onvoldoende. Geen empatisch gevoel, kan niet met mensen omgaan en moet zo snel als mogelijk van de bus gehaald worden, laat hem de bus maar schoonmaken voor de laatste jaren voor zijn pensioen Zeer slechte chauffeur!!! De bus was oud, verwarming stond op levens gevaarlijk, veel te warm en de chauffeur moest met open raam rijden. Er reden ook mensen mee zonder ticket die betaalde contant maar hoe dat nou ging!?
