Alexis DWe left 45 minutes late and arrived two hours late. I don't think they're even allowed to transport passengers; they asked us to close the curtains when passing the police... The bus is used for transporting goods, and suitcases were placed on the seats. The bus was filthy; it was a very unpleasant experience.

Heinrich SConfirmed pick up and drop of via booking. At the time of the pick up driver mentioned he can’t come to my location due to road conditions. Driver wanted to cancel the trip and I started arranging with options from the hotel. Sent message to customer care and all of a sudden driver could pick us up again. Road conditions were no worse or better coming into Luxor so not sure why the resistance to pick up in Aswan. Also I booked a mini bus van and a car picked us up which was a cheaper option to travel on your booking site.

Kate LWe booked this company for a transfer from Aswan to Luxor. Car was very clean and in good condition. Driver Hassan was incredibly friendly and a good driver, always checking if we needed anything. Only thing I would say is the voucher said travel time would be 3 hours but the driver told us there was two roads, one was 3.5 hours and we had to pay a small amount to go through checkpoints, and the other was 5 hours but free. Just be aware of this if you’re booking. Overall would recommend!

Daniel ZThe car arrived almost two hours late. The driver decided to buy breakfast for himself, then drove off the highway earler, so we ended up with a 2 hour and 20 minute delay, and we voluntarily gave up our toilet break so that we could catch the connecting bus in Luxor.
