El bus era còmode, però en 10 hores només va fer una parada llarga per menjar i anar al lavabo.
Va ser molt puntual, però ens va deixar a un punt allunyat a una hora caminant, sota la pluja, del punt de destí. Obligant a agafar un taxi que, curiosament, estava allà esperant. Tanmateix l'empresa ha reaccionat molt bé després de presentar una reclamació, abonant-nos la totalitat del taxi.

El viaje fue genial. Este viaje lo hice con mi pareja desde Bahía de Halong hasta Sapa a las 21:00 h. Al comprar el billete te envían un PDF con la información y lugares de recogida y llegada. Después, el día del viaje (alrededor de las 16-17 h) se pusieron en contacto conmigo por WhatsApp informándome del lugar exacto de recogida e informándome de que estuviéramos a las 20:30 h porque el bus iba a llegar algo antes. Finalmente El bus nos recogió a las 20:40 h. exactamente en la ubicación que nos enviaron. Durante la primera hora de viaje, el bus es un poco difícil dormir porque hay mucho tráfico en la ciudad y el conductor va un poco rápido pero como todos los coches en Vietnam. Después hay que pensar que es un viaje de 9 horas de bus, es todo lo cómodo que puede ser un viaje en bus. El bus hace alguna parada para que bajen o suba algún viajero por el camino pero no hace parada para comer o los pasajeros. Las camas son medianamente cómodas para alguien que mida 1,78 cómo yo o menos, ya que pude dormir de lado pero con las piernas un poco dobladas. En general pudimos dormir casi todo el camino y las camas fueron medianamente cómodas. Finalmente llegamos a Sapa a las 6:30 h. 30 minutos un poco más tarde pero muy bien. Gracias por esta experiencia son ningún problema en carretera.

Llegamos demasiado pronto, las 3am llegamos a nuestro destino cuando teníamos que llegar a las 5.. siendo súper de noche. El autobús no era súper cómodo, pero estaba bastante bien, aunque los conductores no dejaron de hablar en todo el trayecto.

El autobús era nuevo y estaba bastante limpio. Fue un autobús directo desde HaGiang hasta HaLong. Realizó dos paradas, una más larga y otra más corta, y llegó más de dos horas antes a HaLong. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que el autobús salía a las 20.00 y llego a las 19.10. Consultad con el proveedor para no ir justos, y si el PDF señala llegar con antelación, hacedlo para no quedar en tierra.
En general, buena experiencia.

Pick up was on time, but travel time is very inaccurate. False advertising I would say. Travel time on ticket 3h.Time on Google maps is showing 4h. With the stop it took us 4:30 which is ok, but you shouldn't advertise it as 3h.

We arrived at the pick up location as per the booking confirmation 20 minutes before departure yet the bus was not there. Then we got a text when the bus was meant to depart saying due to traffic they had to leave early and could not find us. I tried calling his number but he did not answer and text back saying please text me instead. I explained I was at the pick up location in the car park. He sent us a location of a coffee cafe a short walk away and told us to wait there and he send a smaller car to pick us up and bring us to the bus that would wait for us. This did happen which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of zero. We were on the first bus from 7:40pm until circa midnight when we had to swap buses, it was then we were swapped onto a already full bus and we had to take the bottom row cabins at the back of the bus that don’t recline flat so you’re sat up at 45 degrees for the remaining 12 hours of the trip which made it very hard to sleep and stretch out. The bus was meant to arrive in Da Nang at 11 and I believe we arrived around 12:20. Besides this the buses were very clean and did stop regularly for toilet breaks.

i got picked up around the estimated time. The bus itself was clean as usual. we stopped often to deliver packages and they were pretty loud in the front considering that it's a sleeper bus. I didn't have a blanket for the first one and a half hours and it was really cold i was wondering if the others have a blanket, yes they did, then i asked the assistant "hellor sir can i please have a blanket" and he said yeah 10 minutes because a other woman had to go to the toilet really urgently and he thought i'm asking for the toilet, then i said no i would like a blanket and he fucking ignored me even though I repeatedly said sir, hello, please, like wtf, he for sure heard me. Then I tabbed another guy and asked him and he brought me one. The communication was quite rude and not clear.

The driver was snappy and not polite. very eratic driving. the pods were comfy which was teh only saving grace

Was going HaLong-DaNang route,in the 1st bus there was a young guy who "piloted" the bus and he was very cool,unfortunately after 3 hours needed to change the bus and there was a very rude old pilot,he was yelling at people.

Was ok, but we got 2.5 km away from official drop off point (outside tam coc) then driver pulled over to call us a taxi to take us the rest of the way. They refused to drive the last 5 minutes until I said I would walk the rest(which was a 40 min walk). They did eventually take us the full way tho, but it was strange and annoying since it was late.

The bus driver messaged me the morning of the trip to confirm our pickup location. The driver was on time and the trip went very smoothly. I found the beds had enough room but you may need to tuck your legs up if you are any taller than 5'7"! Overall very good ride and had several stops to use the bathroom.

Not a great experience. The driver was 15min late and a trip that should take us 3.45hr turned out being 5hrs. The driver left us before our drop off point without explanation and another passenger told us that an small car will pick us up from there.
Driver very noisy, speaking by phone incredibly loud.
The good thing? We actually arrived to our destination. But i wouldn’t recommend it unless you have plenty of time and patience.

It was a great bus ride. They also picked us up at the hostel which was very convenient.
We only arrived two hours earlier then the planned time, which was a bit annoying as we arrived now in the middle of the night and had to organize a hotel last minute because of it. That was the only downside.

There was poor communication with pickup location and Reckless driving. Also the driver seemed to be sick (cold/flu?). We did not feel safe. In addition, the vehicle was not in good working order. None of the USB ports worked and it broke down several times on the way to Halong. I cannot recommend this service to others.

It actually went great! For pickup I had to text for them to find me but I was picked up in a small car and then taken to the bus. The bus ride was normal and I made it to my destination. Overall happy with the experience.

We were the only tourists on the bus most of the trip, and they didnt give us any water or enough toilet breaks for such a long trip. The bus also came to the wrong place for pick up and a hour before planned. Luckily we were already early, but if we werent, we would 100% have missed to bus. Also no communication from the bus company about new pick up place, until we contaced them ourselves. Can’t recommend

We got from A to B fine. Chargers didn't work, but that's just the way it is. One of the drivers was lying on mattresses in the aisle, he slept there for several hours and snored so loudly that several passengers couldn't sleep, unfortunately.
