Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to Pattaya Destination Reviews

TG
It said on my ticket that I'm allowed to carry 20kg luggage. However, my luggage bags only weighed 16kg but they still forced me to pay an extra 20 baht. This is not acceptable. Also, there was no means to charge my phone on the bus. I will not ever use this company again.
