The Driver was "wild" - way to fast. Stop and Go all the time. Just honking the horn. Car was "grubby" and a bit broken. But in time. The Driver and the car from ninh binh to Tam Coc was perfekt and also stopped at every single Hotel instead of the Stop in the Voucher.

Driver was ok, not as crazy as other drivers. 10 minutes before we entered Ninh Binh we were dropped of in at a random place without any comments. We had to wait for another bus, the people over there were very unfriendly. In the end they dropped us of at our homestay which was nice.

Arrived two hours late, and the bus driver stopped to pick up two friends who did not have a ticket, only to drop them off 10 minutes later. Ridiculously long delay for no reason. Otherwise the service was fine.

It was great, but The bus was 35 minutes late. When we got the town, the driver drove past our homestay, to drop people off in the same order they got on. Even though we had a little baby with us. But in general a great experience.

From the company say us to be on the departure 30 minutes before the van arrived (12:00). Finally, the van go out at 12:45, going from one place to another looking for travelers, nothing organizated. We had 2 different drivers, one of them was a litteraly kamikaze and when he wasn’t driving was watching videos in his mobile phone very loudy, all the bus was listening it. The arrival time sopose to be at 16:00 and finally we arrived at 16:30. It wasn’t a good experience at all.

The vehicle was comfortable, but it said that the trip was going to take 2 and a half hours and in the end it took us almost 4 hours. And it arrived to pick us up half an hour late. The good thing is that they always ask you which hotel you are going to and they try to drop you off as close as possible or at the hotel itself.
