The road was a bit bumpy but overall it was a comfortable ride. There was a break in between as well. Nice staff.

Tried to use the toilet after 12 hours on the bus but the conductor just said it wasn’t possible without further explanation. I tried to ask why and he just completely ignored me. My fiance then tried to do the same thing and again completely ignored.

Clean bus, beds and bed sheets, good aircon, big size beds, great drivers, free water bottles and few pipi stops, new bus! Everything was great.

Train was on platform when we arrived , doors closed to train 20 mins before departure which caused panic as one of us was still on the platform , not knowing the Indian rail system and procedures this was concerning .

Was led to my seat without any hassle. No attempt to scam me out of my seat by making me move to another one. Credit to them. Also they were very helpful in helping me figure out where I should get off in Mumbai.

The pick-up point was changed at the last minute, making it difficult to get there in time to catch the bus, and the pick-up process seemed very disorganised. Then, I was moved to a shared bed with a woman and her toddler who was kicking me in the face all night. The bus became cold as an icebox halfway through the journey and there were no blankets provided. The driving was so bumpy that we almost hit the ceiling at times.
