I was extremely impressed with the quality of this service.I booked a VIP SUV transfer and speedboat from Bangkok Airport to Koh Samet, and everything was perfectly organized:
• Nut, the agency manager, contacted me the day before to confirm all the details.
• The driver was already waiting for us at the airport.
• The SUV was clean, comfortable, and spacious.
• The speedboat transfer at the pier was smooth and hassle-free.In summary,
I didn't waste a single minute during the entire journey, which was truly impressive.

The taxi driver was masticating some leaves, spitting them and cleaning his teeth while driving.
Most of the time he was driving with only one hand and changing the road lane constantly (it could be something usual in Thailand).

The Positive:
They did process a full refund for my first trip (Dec 26th) after they cancelled it last minute due to a "vehicle breakdown". I appreciate the refund was handled correctly.
The Negative (Trip on Dec 30th):
Because I had a second booking already made, I took the trip from Krabi to Koh Lanta, but the experience was very poor:
Vehicle Safety: The car vibrated excessively at speeds over 80 km/h, which felt unsafe.
Hygiene: The interior smelled strongly of cigarettes.
Licensing Issue: The driver (who spoke no English) stopped the car in a panic mid-trip. Using Google Translate, he explained he had "black license plates" (private car) instead of the required "green plates" (legal tourist transport). This caused unnecessary stress and confusion before he finally decided to continue after several phone calls.
Verdict:
We eventually reached our destination, but the combination of last-minute cancellations, poor vehicle maintenance, and licensing issues makes it hard to recommend this provider for a stress-free holiday.

Es pünktlich und sauber . Kleiner Hacken, wir hatten bei der Landung eine Email über kurzfristig Preiserhöhung iHv 1000,- Bath . Wir mussten es akzeptieren oder den Transfer stornieren. Sonst ist alles okay gewesen!

Abholung erfolgte pünktlich und problemlos. Fahrer war OK und ist gut gefahren. Das Fahrzeug war allerdings beschädigt, man hat klar gehört dass der Motor nicht rund lief. Bei einer längeren Fahrt hinterlässt das kein gutes Gefühl. Als Zielort wurde der nadan Piet angegeben, wir hatten gedacht dass im Preis also die Überfahrt nach Koh Samet enthalten war. Dem ist aber nicht so, am Pier wird man einem Tickethändler übergeben einem sauteuere privat Transfer vermitteln will. Schön wäre es gewesen, hätte der Fahrer wenigstens gefragt ob man zur "normalen" Fähre möchte.
