A window exploded on a girl and it cut her in many places. We kept stopping in the middle of the ocean for no apparent reason. There was no more water available and it was extremely hot and it smelled like gas.

The boat had quite a few leaks at the windows, many seats were wet. Quite a few Windows could also not be closed, they were stick, had holes or did not properly close.
Also their was no airco or fan turned on which made it very very warm inside.

The trip didn’t go directly to Bangsal. We stopped at Nusa Penida an two Gili Islands first. No one told us about the delay. We arrived after 3 hours instead of 1,5. There weren’t enough seats for everyone. No apologies from anyone.
