Outstanding to have this option!! 2 hours from Hua Hin to Pattaya is Buddha sent. Excellent service, excellent crossing, polite and professional crew. Paid small premium for upper deck which was very comfortable and with only a few other passengers. No motion sickness as I was led to believe before booking.....My wife enjoyed it immensely having never experienced anything like it before. Well done everyone, it will be my preferred mode of travel every time in the future.

Nice and smooth trip. We were able to check in 45 minutes prior departure. Good seats with plenty of legroom. Luggage delivery on arrival a bit chaotic, but this also caused by other passengers.

The voyage was much more pleasant and fast compared to road transfer. Getting to the boat over the long pier with luggage is cumbersome. Some kind of transfer service, e.g. by electric cart against a fee, would be welcome.

I will never use you again I made a mistake with the date I was at the pier they would not change the date I had to bye another ticket I will pursue this with my bank to get my money back I have also talked to people not to use your service I payed for a ticket that I could not use your staff are very rude because of my mistake they said that I had to bye another ticket

It is a fastest route between pattaya and hua hin. Very few tourist are there on this ferry, I am worrying about that long term shipping can or cannot.

The check in process was quick and ride was pleasant. The only area of improvement for me is the waiting area. The ticket said to be there like 45 minutes before scheduled departure time but there is nothing to do in the waiting area and it was hot and humid.

Only Need some good seats .. they are terrible..
And be sure that you are booking the right day .. because there are no way of service back to get change a day or a time .. not even if you try 1 hour after your booking.. or want to pay a fee for booking mistake to change the day back on a

Only thing to mention is the bad seats .. it suppose to the same as in a airplane or the government bus from Hua Hin to Suwanabumi Airport

A bus is sensitive to the imperfection of the road, it is always a bumpy experince, the boat rocks you pleasantly, especially when the sea is calm. The organization of embarkation and disembarkation could be a bit improved, including baggage handling.

Royal Passenger Liner is an excellent ferry service. There are others here in Thailand that don’t do such a nice job. All staff are friendly and professional. Equipment is clean and well-maintained. Service is reliable. That’s not easy to do! Thank you Royal.. I am so glad you are here!

Good crossing, well organized. However no aircon so really warm. Complimentary water was also warm.
