Bus hat einen sehr guten Standard, jedoch würde leider nach den letzten Gästen nicht aufgeräumt. Der Bus hatte eine halbe Stunde Verspätung, was an sich kein Problem war. Wir würden an einer Tankstelle auf dem Weg ausgelassen und von dort an mit einem Taxi transportiert, damit der Bus keinen Umweg fahren musste.

The bus arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes before departure, staff were helpful and polite. Set at the given time, smooth driving. Stopped and pickup other passengers. At the rest stop we were then asked to change buses which was unexpected, fortunately we hadn’t ordered food and swapped our bags, bus promptly left. Second bus not so smooth but we arrived at allotted set down.

Bus was cancelled on the morning due to low sales. We were offered another time but this was not ideal. The dropoff location was different to the ticket (which may have been because of the revised bus but we were never issued another ticket). Driver was rude when telling us to transfer from the bus to a mini van into the Hue city and physically grabbed our arm to pull us off the bus. We were also unaware there would be a second vehicle.

The vehicule was really confortable but in this service, there is also the staff that matter. The drivers picked us up on time and they also arrive earlier but they don't necessarily wake you up (we took 2 night bus and the first time they even forgot about us so we were further our stop) + They aren't the happiest people you will interact with so don't be shocked

Bus drivers are RUDE. Did not inform us as to stops, 1 for snacks and W/C and 2nd for dinner. Loaded up with junk for at 1st stop as we did not know about the dinner stop. Bathroom at 1st stop was discussing. Ride was very bumpy. My charger port in my cabin did not work. We did get there!

Started by postponing the departure 1.5 hours. Then it was 1 hour delayed. The busride it self was nice. Beds were comfortable. They troede to drop us off elsewhere that we were told from the agent of contact person, and almost didn’t believe us. Their English was limited to: stop, okay, let’s go.

Tried to book 4 times, every time cancelled and on last attempt had the bus confirmed for 12 hours later. We got a bus out at least Vietnam travel hub were helpful but 12Go were awful

I was at the agreed pick-up point, but the bus had already left. A woman on a scooter picked me up, and I had to carry my large suitcase on my lap on the scooter. We then drove back to my hotel because the bus was waiting nearby. If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't have had to spend 30,000 on a taxi. The ventilation in the bus smelled of smoke because people were smoking in the front of the driver's cab. The ventilation also smelled like a smelly toilet. We also arrived an hour late. Another thing I didn't like was that there was only one break. That's not enough for a 6-7 hour bus ride.

Communication was ok. Bus arrived 30 min later. The stops were not at places where it was nice to have lunch or make use of the toilet. The facilitating person showed enough hospitality. Was friendly. It was not possible to lift the bed. The trip lasted longer than expected. The pickup at Noi An was perfect.

I originally booked for 130am and the lady who’s connected with the bus (tiep Nguyen)told be that the bus is arriving early and there aren’t any 130am bus available so she wanted me to come at 12am instead.I already was irritated bc if there aren’t any 130 buses available why even have it posted?Then when I did arrive at 12 she left me outside while there were rats running around and the bus was 30-45mins late…She was unprofessional and didn’t communicate in person.Instead she left me outside with the rats until the bus came…

The bus got us from Phong Nha to Hoi An in a somewhat acceptable time, so therefore the second star. First of all, the bus driver was full of sidequests, making stops every few kilometers for people or goods. The advertised time of 6 hours is already a challenge for a normal car, but we ended up taking 8 hours on the route with no traffic jams whatsoever. On a toilet break (that apparently took just 6 minutes) 2 of the passengers were nearly abandoned, because of lack of communication. Weirdest thing was, 2 kilometers before our final destination, the bus stopped and the driver and crew left with no communication. We eventually ended up with unloading the bagage ourselves with the other passengers, and taking a Grab for our last miles. After 30 minutes, the driver came back as we were waiting on our grab. There is no need to speak English, as we are tourists and should adapt, but at least try to communicate in some way.

the ride was good but we stopped at this fish market for about 40 minutes while we all stayed inside. when we got our bags when we arrived, they smelt of fish- and 3 days later they still do.

When booking this bus, there were two options available through this website. Both buses were leaving at 10am but one of the buses was more expensive but arrived 1.5 hours earlier. It was important for us to arrive early, so it was worth paying the extra money for 6 hour trip as opposed to the other option which was 7.5 hour trip. The bus ended up taking 8.5 hours to reach our destination of Ninh Binh from Phong Nha. There was no traffic delays, the bus just made multiple random stops often detouring from what should have been a direct path. Very disappointing to arrive so late, nothing was communicated to us or other passengers on the bus.

Hue-Hoi An transfer takes 3.5 hours. This is a normal time, including breaks, but the 2.5-hour estimate was overly optimistic. I was contacted via several WhatsApp messages and emails to inform me of the departure, but at a certain point they started spamming me with advertisements for their activities... slightly irritating.

For me the worst sleeping bus where I was in. The cabine was dirty with the garbage left from the last person. They are making stops without telling you how long or anything, only one time they did throw a recorded loud speaker. Then the whole trip listening to the Instagram scrolling from the workers, so that you cannot rest because they don’t use headphones or let the phone aside while working. The owner sending lots of whatsapps wanting to offer you more products and asking to put 5 stars on google so he gives you a free tour. And they gave us no water, so.. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The bus was later than advertised (seems typical for Vietnam) and the driver taking a wrong turn and heading towards Laos (a new experience) it was perfectly fine. Bus seemed new, clean and comfortable. Free water provided.

The bus itself was very clean and comfortable. I got picked up early morning in Hue and it was confusing because they gave the address and a map, but when you open their map it shows the same address location multiple places along the street - so I went with what google maps said (which matched one of options on map) and I was a quarter block down from the right spot - luckily I saw a tour van pull up down the road and ran down to sort out. The pick up was on time, but at some point we pulled over for well over an hour while someone brought trailer loads of boxes to be picked up one trailer load at a time. That resulted in being 2 hours late to destination, when it was only supposed to be a 4 hour trip. Also, the driver drove like crazy after stopping to make up time

Nice comfortable slipper, that takes you to DaNang, not straight to Hoi An. From DaNang you go on a minibus to Hoi An.

We did the Phong Nha - Hue, the bus was not very clean. They did 2 stops for toilets, it took us 7h of drive. We arrived one hour late. Not the best but it works.

The bus was later while we we're standing a half hour before at the place. When the bus arrived it was a small van and not the big bus at the picture. We we're the biggest persons at the bus and we had to sit ins the smallest backseats. After a 5 minuten drive we had to wait for an hour and we had to wait for all kinds of people. We picked up parcels, dropped people of en the driver was texting with my friend that he wants to see her in his room at 20 hours. We'Re hoping the translation wasn't good.......... We arrived an hour later and our place would pick us up. But coudn't find us. The bus driver dropped is of at another place. All in all not a good experience....
