Everything worked very smooth, which actually surprised me. There were no queues, the personal was very friendly. Planes are made for shorter people but the staff helped to accommodate if there were free spots with more space for legs. Everything was on time.

We cannot check in the airline’website. The reason they gave us : we have not bought our flight tickets on the airline company ( but to the 12go.asia ) The booking number of 12go.asia isn’t recognized. We must go on the counter at the airport ! So, - we can’t check the flight , if it’s on time , or delayed or canceled - we can’t check in before

Don mueang is great. We had some doubts whether rn not we should have prited the tixket beforehand, but at the airport are super easy mavhines in every language whcich prints your boarding pass and baggage pass. The voucher from 12go does not need to be printed out idk why they say that

Although flight was a bit delayed the service was very good and the check-in process was smoother than expected after reading some comment s about issues with bags.

We took of and landed well. It is a flying buss. In the airport, if you speak in English, you can find your way around. Staff was helpful and helped us to figure out automatic check in and bag drop of. It went smoothly, except I got the seat 1 row away from my daughter, which is actually against the safety rules. I asked the flight attendants to change my seat and they did find the possibility to seat us together. So we were happy. The operator does not provide any service on board for free. Not even a water, but that did not bother me and my daughter. the flight was around an hour.

Very good!! Comfort and speed! Simple process. I only suggest a better coordination for administratives matters. My departure gate was change after the check in (gate 4 to gate 6) and i don' t knew it. I asked to personal in the zone about Chiang Mai flight and he told me: "No yet". So ok i waited. Result; i was called for the load-speaker 15 minutes after and i was the last one passenger to abord! Maybe i could lose my flight.

It was super easy to book tickets, but the Air Asia online check-in was super difficult to complete. Constantly froze my phone and I could not pay for the check-in luggage online. When arriving to the airport, the airport tried charging me almost double the online price. After speaking to the airline representative who then contacted a manager, they honored the online price for the check-in luggage.
