Odjížděli jsme o 30 min později oproti plánovanému času, což je dost, pokud má člověk být na lodi již 30 min před odjezdem. Trajekt nejede přímo na Phi Phi, ale objíždí ještě kolem Maya bay, zřejmě pro turisty, co jedou na ostrov na jeden den. Něco k tomu i povídají, ale vzhledem k řevu lodi není nic slyšet. Cesta tak díky tomu trvá o dalších 30 min déle. Namísto v 10:30 jsme na Phi Phi přijeli až po 11:30.

The driver came to our hotel on time. But he was unpleasant. He was shouting things and throw hard passanger's backpacks at the rear of the vehicle. The boat was very crowded and also it got in a hour late to Koh Phi Phi pier.

Was chaos but was prepared. Stayed at top reading and sunning and enjoying the trip. Lots of tourists got sick they went down below. Couldn’t handle the top. Nice 2 hour ride. Once we got close I was prepared for the boat switch which I notice on reviews a lot of other blokes never are. Pshh. I use blokes as a joke. I’m Canadian I don’t use that word. Anyways. Went down and jostled for a spot that was able to grab our bags. Bunch of blokes try pushing you hold your ground. Anyways. We dock. My wife and I grab our stuff and make it easily to the next boat. We stay at the top which has nice cushioned seating. Able to put our legs up. Relax. Nap. Man it was the good life. This ferry trip was the Crack. Is that why Irish say. Anyways I’m not Irish. Der Hotel Pick-Up Service war viel zu spät, sodass wir bis zur Ankunft bei der Fähre im Unklaren waren, ob wir diese überhaupt bekommen. Letztendlich waren wir etwa 25-30 Minuten nach der eigentlichen Abfahrt bei der Fähre, welche allerdings noch auf uns und andere Gäste gewartet hatte.

The driver for the pick up at outr hotel was in late :7:35am instead 7:00am so we arrived at Pier at 9:00 am and at Ton Sai at 11:30 instead 10:00 am

I did not make this trip because my travel dates changed. I tried to get the ticket refunded 10 days before departure but impossible because the application did not work, even several times, too bad 😅

Due to other boats, there was a delay in our departure. This was unavoidable because there were a lot of other companies.
If your weight is above a healthy level, I wouldn’t recommend taking this boat because the seats are quite small. They are similar to racing car seats.

Enough space for big luggage, even though it’s hard to spot at first, where you can store it. The air conditioner is way to cold of you’re unfortunate enough to sit in the rows before it. Toilet was fine.

There was extreme weather and the boat should have been cancelled.
Operator provided some help in distributing pills at beginning, puke bags and collecting them and some kind of scent.
A large percentage of the people vomitted.
Also 3 people had to sit on the ground although they had a ticket.

They are a caring and genuine crew. They provided extra help boarding and disembarking as I was using a cane. In board, everything was arranged for transportation from the pier to the hotel. It all went smoothly.

Transfer was on time (8am Phuket town) and ferry departure was a little bit late but smooth and comfortable (free water and sea sickness pills). Definitely I would recommend travel with this company.

Cruiser Phi Phi is a good option, especially for family with old people and children. It's a 3 deck ship so it's not turbulent at all.
It's well organized from the welcome-on-board to the exit.
However, it will take long travel time (seem like it combines with people going 1 day tour as well). It stops in front of Maya Bay and share some information about it (seems like for the day trip tourists) however, you can not hear anything at all. Due to this (addition to the 30 minutes late departure), we arrive Koh Phi Phi at 11.30am (planned departure 8.30).
Conclusion, if you go with big families, this is still an appropriate option. I recommend.
