The Ferry took off on time. The ride was smooth. It clean and boarding and off loading was quick.
I do wish some of the pier fees [terminal, pier, baggage] were included in the ticket so I didn't have to keep searching for cash.
Also, it would be nice if they offered some refreshments...even a vending machine would do.

The seats were comfortable at the business but I think ₱500 to upgrade to business class from tourist class is exorbitant!!!!the least you can do is offer a soda or bottle of water and a snack to compensate for the ₱500.. this is personal opinion that I come the tourist and hotel industry.. tnx👍

In times of trip cancellations, they do not have a designated customer service/hotline. Some folks traveled from faraway areas, you can’t even have a refund if you wanted to right away, because they’re office is closed.

the only positive thing was that it arrived on time.
inside the boat it's dirty, everything you touch is sticky and the boatcrew was cooking in the cockpit so everything smelled horribly spicy which is not what you want at 7 am. The aircon was set so low we ended up freezing which is just ridiculous in a tropical country

Surprisingly, the business section is only for up to 8 passengers, and it is more a cabin lounge with a rounded and confortable sofa with privacy, the best view from the boat, water dispenser and way less noise (and zero motor smells) than economy or open-air class. 100% recommendable for tourists :)
The only reason I don´t rate with 5 stars is because in 12GO each business ticket costed as DOUBLE as purchasing it directly in the pier, plus, we still had to pay a "Pier Fee". However, it was high season and we didn´t want to take the risk of not finding tickets if purchased directly in the same day.

Het was een knusse boot. Weinig beenruimte of ruimte om je tas kwijt te kunnen. Op de haven werden we wel vriendelijk geholpen; zo konden we gratis twee boten eerder nemen.

The operators were accommodating when we requested for change in time because we got to the port earlier.
However, there was so much of a run around getting to the till to check in. The attendants seemed uninterested and we were told to transfer from teller 4 to cashier 1 back to teller 4 only to find out that baggages with wheels need to be checked in at the port entrance. So we had to drag our kids and hand carries back again to the tills. Customer service at its worst is an understatement.
The travel was seamless and we had a great time getting to Cebu though.

as we had a good weather, the ride wasnt bumpy. the staff were courteous. one thing though which i believe is a MUST in the trip is the sufficient supply of water in the comfort room. the right wing for the male and female CR had no water. i called the attention of one of the crew but i was told there really had no water.

Very cramped seats for tourist class on Oceanjet which made the 2 hour journey quite uncomfortable. We also had to queue for quite a long while in a suffocating and hot ferry terminal before getting onto the ferry as it was slightly late.

It’s a ridiculous system. When you have bought your ticket, you have to wait in another line for a seat number, which takes forever and you’re standing in the sun. Then you have to get in yet another line to pay a terminal fee. All this is very unlogical, inefficient and not well indicated at all.

Everything was fairly straightforward. We were able to upgrade to Business Class easily, and could keep our bags with us and avoid any extra delays on that end. The ride was smooth and there were no major issues.

It is cheaper to book directly at the ferry's website. Seats note really comfortable. You need to pay a small terminal fee when you arrive and also extra to check in luggage. Instructions as to how to proceed or where to queue not clear enough

This our 3rd ferry boat ride in the Philippines but this was the worst experience. I am not sure if it was the ferry line or the boat that made the difference but the A/C wasn't fully working and the entire boat smelled like sewage to say the least. The ferry was also 30mins late. What made it more tolerable was that the crew put on a movie.
