You get what you pay for. The first hour was wasted because of 5 stops before even leaving the city limits, which was followed by another 5-6 stops en route to Bangkok. The seats are very uncomfortable. That said, it gets you from A to B at a affordable price. Would I book it again? Probably not.

The bus was clean and comfortable, but the journey took almost 3 and a half hours and they never stopped and let passengers use the restroom. It was too long of a journey for us without a bathroom break, and made the second part of the ride pretty uncomfortable.

Quite an adventure. Van broke down. Engine started making some horrific noise. Driver pulled over, and within 20 minutes found us another van to change to. Very pleasant and helpful. Good driver.

Nice smooth ride. Constant 90kmh. Even got there early. I was able to tell the driver where to stop for me. Used Amber through 12go. Booked for 10am but got there early and was allowed get the 9am bus. Great service. Even got a cigarette break.

On my booking we left earlier that was scheduled which was a plus...the driver made a stop on the side of road and spent which I thought was longer than needed talking to some woman with a pad in her hand...and then gave her cash which she slid into her pocket. Also that van was filthy and had an annoying beeping sound the entire trip. Not the worst but needs improvements all around.

The fact that you have to wait 60 mins + 30 mins(either early or late) when they have your roaming mobile number, makes the additional amount you pay, not worth thw stress. Pay a taxi or sondthaew to your pick up point and pay a quarter for the transfer. In my case, a somgthaew 20 bhat to the train station and 100bhat to Hua Long in Bangkok xx

Value for money. I was 1.5 hour earlier at the station and the van was not fully booked, they asked us if we wanted to board an hour earlier. No fuss.

I reached the counter at 9:15am (I booked & paid for 10am). Was told I was late & my seat was given to others. Got pushed to 11am. Waited and observed at the platform. The system seems to work like this: if you're a walk-in passenger, you're given a numbered tag. When the van arrives, you board according to numbers, or when the personnel ask you to board (in the case of online booking thru 12Go). And all the passengers who boarded thru numbered tag, paid the driver in cash directly. So they seem to prioritize walk-in passenger who paid cash rather than those who paid in advance.

สิ่งที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือ
1.หากจองผ่าน 12Go แล้วและได้ชำระเงินแล้ว ควรจะได้เดินทาง ตามที่จองไว้ แต่บริษัทเดินรถ ก็ไม่กันที่นั่งไว้ให้ผู้จอง 12GO ต้องมาดูหน้างานอยู่ดีว่า มีที่นั่งถึงจะได้ขึ้นรถ
2.ต้องเผื่อเวลา 60 นาทีเพื่อมาถึงหน้าห้องจองตั๋ว ทำให้การจองผ่าน 12GO ไม่ต่างจากการไปจองหน้าห้องจองตั๋ว
3.ในรอบที่เดินทางนี้ มีชาวต่างชาติตัวสูง 195 ซม. ขึ้นจากต้นทางหัวหิน ซ.51 มาขอคนขับนั่งด้านหน้าเพราะตัวสูง แต่คนขับ ขึงขัง ไม่พอใจ ปฏิเสธไม่ยอม และปล่อยที่นั่งด้านข้างคนขับว่าง จนมาแวะรับผู้โดยสาร ที่ชะอำกลับยอมให้ ผู้หญิงคนไทยตัวเล็กมานั่งตำแหน่งดังกล่าว ดูแล้วไม่มีเหตุผล ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ

Transaction with 12go was not a problem.
But the operators were really late.
Our 10am trip was postponed to 1130am.
That's an hour and a half discrepancy.
The thing is, the personnel from the operator were not even apologetic about it.

Wir sind früher als erwartet dort gewesen und auch los gekommen. Auch der Bus war sauber. Nur die Fahrweise des Fahrers war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Left on time and arrived 30 mins earlier than scheduled so no complaints there. Didn't mind the dropping off and picking up of other passengers. However it would be good to have the mid-journey stop at a normal PTT station...one that has a Cafe Amazon - I would have liked a coffee!

Travel was ok and cheap. We boarded the van but were asked to leave it (we came 60min earlier like the ticket said but at the check in we were told that we can board now). We did not get our ticket back so there was some trouble with that.
It was quite hot (AC was not powerful enough) and not so much space. 4 star because of cheap travels (compared to train).

Pro: Pick-up from hotel was on time and we were in Bangkok before scheduled arrival time.
Con: The driver is playing with his phone while he is driving 100 km/h. He is paying more attention to his phone than the road.

The trip was fine, but the air conditioning wasn't very good, so I got a bit hot.

I would advise you to take heed and be ready at least 1 hour before scheduled pick up time. Air conditioning in was very poor and we made several unplanned stops for parcel deliveries.
However, this is exceedingly good value compared to chartering a taxi or a limo, so if you are on a budget it is perfect for you.
Also when booking make sure you book an extra seat for your luggage, you cannot do this less than 24hrs before you pick date, so you will need to pay cash as extra - although still good value.

Can't really complain as we arrived 5 minutes after departure time and the van then departed 30mins later. I would say the vans need checked when cleared and cleaned where necessary. The luggage comes into van with you, and when we got off, so did 2 pieces of discarded chewing gum, attached to our bags

Booking in advance was supposed to help me avoid fighting for a seat on a van back to Bangkok after a long weekend. But still there was an overbooking and I had to insist on actually getting the seat that I prebooked and paid for in advance. Three stars only because I got it without much arguing in the end and the van left on time.

Quite run down bus. However journey only took 3 and a half hours. Driver would turn air con off for long periods whilst at petrol station despite being in 33 degree heat

Its abit difficult to find the counter as its all in Thai language. Its not very comfortable but its the most convenient and affordable ways to reach huahin.

The van had very comfortable seats but hardly any space for luggage (and I had a tiny rucksack). The driver was weird and not too skilled, kept muttering to himself, took many detours, probably expecting to reach the destination faster but all it did was make us arrive an hour later.

Nous avions réservé le mini van de 10h. La veille je passes a Ekkamai pour savoir à quelle heure heure venir, ils me disent 9h30. On vient a 9h30 le jour prévu, on nous dit d’attendre, à 10h15 on retourne voir, le mini van était complet on nous dit d’attendre 30 min. On patiente, puis on retourne voir pour qu’on nous dise qu’en nous prenons le mini van dans 10min... Au final nous sommes partis à 11h50 au lieu d’en 10h pour une organisation à la Thaï encore et toujours mal géré !!

Все очень понравилось. Приехали заранее, как и просили. И отправились спустя минут 10. Сначала надо электронный билет показать на стойке где написано отправление в Хуа хин, вам выдадут билеты, их не теряйте по дороге их проверяют. Доехали быстро, нас довезли до самого отеля, даже говорить не надо (мы брали автобус+такси до отеля) и этот микроавтобус довёз нас прям до отеля. Рекомендую. Все быстро и организованно. Спасибо!

The end destination sent over email was different from the real end destination in Hua hin. The van dropped us off 2km away from where 12go website advised.

The return trip was ok. Left somewhat on time, and arrived to destination on time. Driver kept stopping for unknown reasons, and van was completely filled up with luggage. These vans have literally no space for extra baggage b even small backpacks. And are extremely uncomfortable. The way to our destination was a nightmare. We waited in the Ekamai bus station for almost 3 hours waiting for a van, with no explaination. The provider at the station was so rude and couldn't give us a straight answer as to when we'd be able to depart. We almost just left and canceled our holidays it was that bad. I hope our experience was somewhat of an anomaly seeing it was New Year's weekend. Not sure I'd use this service again, as it seems you can purchase van tix on the spot at bus stations in Thailand, and for slightly less than this site. On the flip side, for a busy travel weekend, was good we had tix in hand
