Very chaotic checkin and boarding. Wasnt clear whee to stand in long queue, no signs.
Had to carry heavy luggage along the entire pier in the rain. Why no shuttle service? Even better would be to leave the luggage at checkin desk and crew brings on board.

We were with the catamaran. Very rough sea though and hell of a sail, lot of people sea sick. Crew was very active and good with assisting.

First the speedboat was delayed by 25min. Stood in line, boat full so were told to queue for the other one, another 10min.
Then we start our journey and within 5min half the passengers on board start getting seasick.
There are no toilets on board, nowhere to go if you need to vomit. No view (a big reason why everyone got sick in tye first place.
We arrive after about 40min orso (instead of 30). Then the unloading of the baggage takes another good 10min. (Keep in mind there are still sick people on board). The boat only docks with the bow, so it keeps rocking back and forth, all the while the Captain keeps the engine running to push the boat against the dock. The cabin filled up with exhaust fumes for most of the trip, making breathing quite unpleasant.
At this point I'm bursting to have a pee. We dock, and get herded onto the minivans. I tell the driver I HAVE to pee, he tells me there are no toilets and just pee off the dock (for everyone to see, Im a dude butstill)

Easy to check-in on the pier in phi phi, people all pointed me towards check-in desk and told me who I needed to go to. There was then people waiting otherside in krabi with the company sign so was obvious what bus to get and the bus then drops you right outside the final boat. Both boats can be quite bumpy so if you get sea sick would be best to take tablets.

Smooth and easy trip at all. Staff helpful at pier and on boat. They keep card that you find your way. 12Go was easy to book and to amend, support was very good. Schedule of ferry was different than announced and a stop in Koh Pha-ngan on top- ETD16PM instead of 15:30PM and subsequently ETA 18PM instead of 17PM But hey we are on holidays

Because of the sea the ferry was late and than instead of trying beeing punctual in bangkok we had to wait 45min for the bus, the first stop takes 45min and all in all we was late about one hour

Super comfortable ans well organize. It went betterbthan we expected. Speed brat was nice and on time. There is staff everywhere to point you in the right direction. It is super easy to get around. Once moved to bus, ride was also really nice. We stopped 2 times, for a bathroom break 5min, and 30min break so we had enough time to grab quick lunch. We asked od they can stop for us close to Phuket airport and they did. They stop on point where there are taxi drivers, 7/11 and atm so it was super easy to grab a taxi and go to the airport. Great service and great value for money. Highly recommend

Katamaran je bio brz ali poslije bus je bio spor pa smo kasnili 2 sata. Bus stariji i baš ne ugodan ali je bilo mjesta da se premjesti pa se ima 2 mjesta. I naravno klima kao i svuda u Tajlandu, treba jakna i čarape 😁

Pick up service was just on time, but afterwards we had more then an 1,5 hours at the pier till the boat departures. But I prefer to be there early, then to have a stressful experience. So I give 5 stars.

Very organized. In truth, we were not left at Tapee Pier but rather a Pier called THE PIER. Then there were a number of buses at the pier waiting for you. We went directly to Surat old town and the bus terminal area.

Der Transfer hat super funktioniert. Wir sind zwar eine halbe Stunde später am Ziel gewesen, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Man sollte aber bedenken, dass man nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern an Lompraya Office oder am Flughafen rausgelassen wird.

the speed boat drivers were real profesionals! they did everything to keep the boat steady on the waves! the catamaran was a little more challanging, but still the fastest way tonget to the island! great job guys!

Von Koh Pha-Ngan ging es im Speedboot nach Surat Thani. Dort in einen kleinen V
Bus und nochmals in einen kleinen Van bei Krabi, daraufhin in ein kleines Longboat. Hat alles bestens funktioniert und wir waren sogar eine halbe Stunde eher da.

Left at 8:00 AM from Koh Phangan and arrived at Phi Phi only at 5:00 PM after waiting 2.5 hours in a bus station in Krabi. The ticket said we will arrive at 2:00 PM. Unclear to me why it was planned like that.
Also only in the very last minute, after 2.5 hours wait they realized we were too many persons to fit the minivan and made this drive with 2 extra people then the van fit.
Also the first speedboat was super hot with extremely small space for each person

Franchement, je ne sais pas si il y avait d’autres solutions pour nous rendre à Krabi mais c’était vraiment bizarre comme expérience. De 9h à 16h30, nous n’avons mangé qu’une demi boîte de Pringles (payante). Nous avons attrapé une angine dans le bus (une climatisation à 20ºC alors qu’il faisait 35 dehors), pas de toilettes dans le bus.

Apart from a long delay waiting at Ko Tao for a broken down ferry to be fixed the rest of the trip went smoothly and was well organised.

The boat was delayed three hours! The staff on the boat also had no idea where to go, in the first instance we were told to transfer in Koh Phangan, then we had to change again in Koh Samui. Because of all the hassle we would miss the taxi we booked separately. Contacted 12GoAsia by email and they were fantastic! they informed the taxi driver that we were late and when we got there three hours later than agreed, the driver was just waiting for us! really great!

Departed 20 minutes later than expected but the bus was waiting at Donsak and departed shortly after we boarded. From there everything went fine and we arrived in the expected time frame.

We were VIP which meant a spacious coach and free tea and coffee. As good as a long bus journey can get really. Was a bit cold so bring long trousers and a warm top.

Everything was on time. However we had booked to go by van but it ended up being a bus, so we paid extra for nothing different. Was very frustrating. The bus was still good but they should have just had that as an option.

We did not land on the pier which was indicated (Bangrak Pier) and had to pay 300 baht to have a taxi to take us to the original place where we had booked our hotel...

Overall, an easy trip, even with the big crowds. The staff made it go smoothly. I had the VIP bus, which turned out to be very comfortable, that I could sleep when needed, and it was spacious. There even were outlets so that you could plug in and charge a mobile or such.
At Chumpon, the staff who managed the lines were very clear, made updates regularly, and kept everything under control. Even when there was a minor situation, i saw, with another traveler, whose name was not on their copy (from when travelers checked in at Lomprayah Khaosan), the staff handled it quickly, and there was no issue.
The boat was pretty comfortable, and I took the topmost level to enjoy the breeze and sun. I would travel again via Lomprayah to go to Koh Tao
