They where 45min late, after 5 guests where in the car we sopped right on the market to stuff the vehicle full with other people. After that we went directly to a gas station where we drove on a ramp to completely fill thr tank, lasting 15 minutes. We were lucky that we had booked 3 seats for 2 Persons. You should rather take an other option to go/fly to el nido. The driver was getting faster and fastet to the end if the trip, felt very unsafe. Never again...

In der Beschreibung fehlte der Hinweis das man umsteigen muss. Das führte zu Verwirrung, da es fuer alle normal war aber wir Angst bekamen irgendwo stehen gelassen zu werden. Zumal der Ausdruck fuer die Fahrt zu Beginn abgegeben werden musste. Aber alle waren organisiert und man hat uns zu nächsten Bus sicher geleitet. Alles in allem exakt die Fahrzeit eingehalten, wie angegeben. Selbst mit der Pause fuer den Umstieg. Waere mal ein Beispiel fuer die deutsche Bahn.....

Van went on time. Driver was quick and not overly dangerous. Three stops. Five and a half hours duration.

Lexxus Van Company didn’t handle the transfer. They made us go to another company we don’t even know the name. The Lexxus departure we paid for was planned at 4:30 pm but the other company had a departure planned at 5:30pm so we had to wait 1h. And then some of the customers were late so they waited for them (which is nice for them but really annoying for the rest of the bus, schedule is schedule).
So in the end we left with 2hrs delay.
Lexxus Company didn’t say a thing to us and guys from the other company were really unprofessional.
Appart from that, the van was clean, we arrived late but well.

It’s my second time to visit Palawan but my first time to travel to El Nido. Prior to my arrival, I had a teleconversation with your team and clarify the rules of arriving just in time and the location of pick up. The description during the booking clearly says PPS airport but when I received the voucher there was additional information that I have to go to San Jose terminal which is I am not familiar hence I need to pay additional Php 150 for airport tricycle.. I have coordinated that I will arrive at exactly 11am as my flight will land at 10:20. And when I reached there 5 minutes before 11am.. there was no van hence I need to wait for more than 30 minutes and we left the terminal at 12noon. And I reached my accomodation 15 minutes before 6pm. I had 7 hours travel and there are more than 2 stops (lunch and taytay). Unfortunately, I have a return booking but I am not going because of what had happened I am afraid I will miss my flight because your timings are unreliable despite the notice that there could be delays of 1 to 2 hours. The driver is good but the operator needs improvement and proper coordination. Thanks

We were traveling from El Nido to port Barton! We arrived at the terminal at 8:20 for our 9am van! The lady that looked at my 12go ticket told us to sit and wait which we did! Then at 9am we got told we had missed our van! Obviously we asked how this had happened because we arrived with plenty of time and nobody had mentioned that the van was departing or even that there was a van for us. Luckily there was another van at 9:30 which we managed to get on! The driver was so erratic driving at high speed through school and child zones, he obviously had no care for his passengers or the safety of others! Also the fact that seatbelts are not supplied bothered me.

Take a flight guys please!!! Don't take these vans cos you really risk to do an accident. They run like crazy, no seat belts, 15 persons inside a van with a living space for 8. You don't enjoy the trip, too fast and you see nothing out of the window. But the most important thing is that drivers are really dangerous because of the speed.

On the way to El Nido from PP we just got the taxi at the airport (with a different company) which was a horrible ride with many stops for no apparent reason and it was already late at night. The ride with Lexxus was significantly better because the driver was very efficient which was important to us. Still minimal AC and a few stops to pick up different people. We haven't tried the bus, but I think you just have to be prepared for a long, drive unless you want to pay for the flight.

The van was clean, comfortable and with aircon but we lost 2 hours picking up passangers. They should organize better the order of the pick up so it will be faster.

Got stuck waiting at the airport but were given several different reasons before it turning out it was the van we were waiting for. Got shoved in the back with 1 too many people and a stranger sat practically on one of my legs for most of the journey. No communication from driver or anyone else about what was happening as and when we stopped or got moved. The saving grace was the views but they would have been there anyway. Pay for a private car, it will be worth the money.

Very uncomfortable old minibus, totally inadequate air-conditioning and poor suspension on the rough roads. The drivers regularly stopping to pick up passengers to make sure the bus is packed, even though this is supposed to be prohibited. Would not recommend this service.

We booked a one way from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. We showed up early to only realize that they were combining the 7am van with the 8am van so we had to wait 1.5 hrs to leave. The van was full so it was an extremely uncomfortable ride and we made a stop every 45 minutes for smoke breaks. Wouldn’t recommend, wish we paid a bit more for a flight.

They have a problem with one passenger because was no more space in van just in the front and the driver said this was reserved and the guy have to star a discussion because the driver want to go without him even when he paid and them didn't want to return the money

The trip from Puerto princessa to El nido is vert long by shuttle, the departure was planned at 1pm and finaly goes at 2pm. At 2pm get into the van at puerto airport but the van stop at shuttle terminal ans we have to change van. We finaly arrived at 8pm instead of 6pm, the driver drive very fast and as usual un philippines. It's difficulte to cet information about where or when we will be drop off. Not a vert good trip

Me and my friends were able to board an earlier van and so arrived quicker to our destination. Bumpy ride though. The driver was so kind and dropped us at our hotel.

We had almost 1 hour delay in departure, the van wasn't definitely the one shown on pictures, it was old and in a bad shape, no space for legs. In the middle of the way we had 20 minutes stop in some kind of restaurant. The food there was selling cold, other things in shop very expensive, local crew unpleasant. The driver drop of us in central station, not in the hotels as was promised so we needed to take tricycle. Overall quite bad experience, unfortunetally there are not many options how to get from one city to another.

Cramped uncomfortable not quite as described on the site. The picking up of random people was quite a surprise too, not so much a private transfer as it was a public bus. I can appreciate the reasons for packing buses is to make the trip worth while but perhaps the description of it needs adjusting

For 5 1/2 travel. You're van is old and to tight for tall people, knowing that most of your clients are foreigners. And the driver stopped and picked passengers as well. On positive side and most important he's a good driver.

I may have just got real lucky because I know a lot of other people were pretty uncomfortable but I was fine! I had two bags, didn't have to pay extra, I got the front seat which was surprisingly comfortable AND I even got to charge my phone too haha I sat there the full 5 hours just enjoying the view and observing everything. Driving was crazy but I felt super safe. Would definitely use company again!

How is it possible that in 11-places van were 12 passangers? I paid for my own place, not for sharing place with someone else.
I had the joy of sitting down at the back. And on the three places we sat four adults. Great dissapointment.
Fortunately, despite the morning's delay in El nido, we arrived to Puerto princessa in time.

The driver drove very fast, causing the journey to be very unpleasant. Tight windy roads that were very bumpy he was speeding down. Beeping At anyone that got in his way, nearly caused accident twice.
Wasn’t clear how long for dinner and only stopped once.
We travelled from princessa to El Nido a few days earlier and that trip was great. Couldn’t have been far from different!

When I arrived at the corong corong terminal, the handler said I booked for 9:30AM. On my voucher it was really writter 8AM...
The lunch break is bad, really bad place, bad food and too expensive for what it is, you better skip lunch. It's a place where many vans go to, as it was the place to have lunch...
The driver's driving was OK, little bit fast, but I don't mind. Finally arrived at Puerto Princesa around 3PM, as we had to stop/pick up/drop people several times.
I recommend to book this shuttle if you are not in a hurry, price is fair compare to other companies, Vans have cooling systems, drivers are good and space inside is OK.

30 minutes late, then 1:30h to do shopping for a really unfriendly old lady from the van before leaving puerto princessa. So arrive almost 1:30h late in El nido
But hopefully the van had air conditioning

the rain started...pouring cats&dogs. he left us at terminal bus that is different from airport terminal as it should. from there you find tuctucs.

The travel is a bumpy road but good deal for a shared van vs. airfare. Im 5'4" so not a big deal for me. If you have a humongus baggage, you needed to buy another seat for it for your comfort.

Good ride, driver was professional. Wasn't two hours. Picked up at 745am from airport and dropped off in port Barton around 1150am. We were the first picked up and than picked up everyone else. Ordered 3 seats because we had large baggage but most baggage was thrown on the roof. The extra seat my girlfriend and I used for small backpacks and extra room. The seats are a little tight, and would be alot tighter without that extra room.

The Worst part was that the driver was playing really loud music for most of the trip. I don't think it was that bad but it could have just been because I was next to a speaker and also tired after a a day of traveling before.
The vehicle took multiple which I found unnecessary stops. To fill up gas and a and just randomly waiting for passengers.
I mean to me like the trip took way longer and by the time we actually left the office it was half an hour. And then of course we went to get fuel and if you passengers. I mean technically it does say 1 to 2 hours for different for a reason. But also I was disappointed that they just dropped us off nearly in town. Meaning I decided to get a tuk tuk. And I mean literally 5 minutes down the road. I could have probably walked but it was on the main strip so just full of cars. And we arrived at like 8:00 pm after leaving at 1:00.

Payment issue is not solved. The price was 1330 PHP but somehow 20,32 EUR was paid. The ride should start at 13.00 but we departured at 14.45. Van was packed with too many people, Terrible ride!

We were picked up late from the Terminal, seated at the back end of vehicle making our trip very uncomfortable, shaky and rocky. Driver is too fast, over speeding! We thank God, we arrived safe despite the experience. The only reward we had from the driver, he dropped us off in our place.
