Bus driver was a bit reckless when stepping on the brakes. The staff, I don’t know if it’s the driver or conductor was kind of rude when I asked if the bus was going to leave already while on stopover because I was about to change my clothes, and his response were sarcastic.

Comfortable naman yung travel ko.
Ayun nga nagbook/reserve ako via online para di na sana hassle. Kahit nakabook online need pumila pa para kumuha ng ticket sa cashier. Okay lang naman sana pumila, pero it took them 10-12 minutes per person na magtransact sa cashier. Andyan na yung bus pero may 6 pang tao na nasa unahan ko. Ayun buti nalang nakiusap ako sa nag-aassist na ipauna ako.

bus 1175 has a very small and tight space...clearly for small sized passenger only...the price does not compensate to the quality of travel the passenger will have ..i hope to see some adjustment to the seat quality or even the price for that matter..

Good pre-booking. However, the crew of the lazy boy bus we rode on were somewhat rude and do not care about their passengers’ comfort - which what we, the passengers, have presumably paid for. They drove too fast; they were somewhat disrespectful; and did not even helped us in getting our baggages from the trunk of the bus.
Thus, I recommend that the DLTB bus line should always monitor their bus crews before, during, and after each trip. I felt disappointed in overall because I think that the price of 1,300+ is not worth it as to quality of their service.

I booked for a comfortable solo seat but unfortunately the scheduled trip was cancelled and I was transferred to another 2 seater bus to another bus station. The terminal was so noisy, dirty and too crowded.

First time to go to PITX and it was around 6:30pm. There’s a lot of people and staff there assisted me on where to go first and directed me to the ticketing booth of the bus company. Ticketing staff assisted me right away since there’s not a long queue. After I got my boarding pass, I ate my dinner since you have many choices on where to eat. The bus is on time and we departed on time, as well. The actual ticket price is around ₱150 less than the price charged when I booked in 12go but that’s fine since it’s my first time to use the online ticketing service. At least now I know where to go and where to book tickets. Thanks 12go!

hindi naman po ako nasabihan na by 4 na yung sakay hindi na by 3 per row. nung nagbook ako may social distancing ba ang bus pero nung sumakay na ako sa bus tabi tabi na.

Hindi pumapayag ang DLTB na di printed amg voucher but other bus companies accept voucher using phones. Aside from that, DLTB front officer doesn't help me with the location na malapit kung san magpapaprint. Kung di pa ako dalawang beses na pababalik balik, di pa nila sasabihin na meron sa Metropoint Mall

The system is not updated on the trips/seats availability. Booked a greyhound bus but in actual it was fullybooked. So they give me the regular aircon and refunded me of the difference in fare. The good thing is they will call and ask you if you agree, but that was after the booking and payment. Well still thank you I arrived my destination safe and sound. :)

Departure was an hour and a half delayed without proper advise from DLTB dispatcher. One of the drivers has his feet up in the air during the trip. Would not recommend.

The booking said it will take 7 hours and 45 minutes however I was transferred to another bus as I paid for a lazy boy. Then there was a mechanical failure that got us stuck in Atimonan for 4 hours as we had to wait for another bus to rescue us. It took me 12 hours to get to my destination. The bus was very cold that it makes the whole journey very uncomfortable.

At Cubao 2 hours late departure, scheduled 17:30, departed nearly 20:00. Arrival scheduled 01:59am arrived Goa 10 hours later at 12lunch time about....great.

I left my documents at the DLTB terminal Aurora Cubao. I contacted the Hotline numbers, as well as the operator of the bus but no one answered my call. No one is willing to address my concern. My documents are very evident because those are the results of my laboratory testing on my health Condition. Sad to say that your in charge personnel don't have the professionalism on getting touched with the concern of the passed gers. Thank you.

Pictures from the website was not the real photo of the bus we booked. In the website it was 2x1 seats so we booked it, but when we arrived at the terminal the girl who assisted us said that there were no bus with seats that we want that will travel that day. But obviously on the website they have. Also seating arrangements was very confusing on the website.

The change of bus type happened on the day of my trip, from LazyBoy to Greyhound. They did refund the excess fare given the changes.

It was great, I only have one suggestion. The teller in Buendia Station is insisting on having a the online reservation be printed next time we travel, she had successfully confirmed the booking anyway which is great. I just don't see the need to have it printed since the transaction was already made digitized. but it was a great and easy experience.

I was booked online and was not allowed to be picked up at a certain place instead of my convenience. I needed to head to Legazpi Grand Terminal from Ligao Diversion and it took an hour ride by bus carried all my luggages. Very uncomfortable.

The bus did not arrive on time. Which was understandable but the bus has us running from one to another gate..
Warning or advisory was not made very clear. Driver and conductor was a little rude.
At least the man at the gate 1 was kind enough to assist us.
