We took the Express Bus asuming that it will be a premium travel option. Im fact this is not the case.
Express doesn't mean you will drive from A to B in a fast way. The Bus stops every 30 minutes to pick someone up along the way or to collect some strange parcel from the street. This leads to a delay of almost 3 hours! On bookig confirmation time was estimated to be 11h - the trip took us 13,5h!
Furthermore you only have two stops where you're allowed to go outside. One after 1h (what doesn't make any Sense) and one after 10 hours. You need to brace yourself because you definitely don't want to use the toilet on the bus. The door lock was broken, cabin was full of crap, no water and very dirty. You're not meant to go on this toilet anyway since all you get on this daytrip is a small bag of coockies and 500ml water.
- bring your own food and water
- wear long clothing (AC is freazing cold)
- bring your own toilet paper
Only positive thing is that provide USB power outlets on every seat.
If you have any chance to travel an other way - use it!

Great service. And safety first. It took a long time to get to the bangkok southern bus terminal from sukhumvit. 2.5 due to rush hour. A recommendation of time from tourist sports would had helped.

Good service, we arrived at the hour mentioned. To bear in mind: they provide a nice blanket but I would advice some long sleeves and socks. No food provided, just a sweet snack, juice pack and water bottle.

Успешно забронировала билет на сайте и выкупила на стойке на южной станции. Расписание на сайте не соответствует. По билету отправился на 20 мин позже. И пришел на 1,5 часа позже, уж не знаю, по расписанию или по раздолбайству. Автобус в меру новый, с пледиком и бутылочкой воды. Остановился 1 раз вечером на 20 минут, потом "мчал" без остановок. В целом довольна, что не поехала с Као-Сан, там у автобуса была пересадка - стыковка на 2-3 часа.

First of all language problem, no one understand english at least 12go customer care should be good in to english. Bcz of this i have to suffer a lot to get my bus.
Secondly bus has no fixed timing start late and arrival late, i was 3 hrs late in arrival, driver took only one stop in 14 hrs journey but he stopped bus many times to drop some packages.
Overall it was not upto the mark experience.

I bought two tickets to Phuket. I had a fantastic sleep. The seat was very comfortable and leaned back really well. My friends chair did not lean back and the attendant was unable to fix the seat. It was very uncomfortable trying to sleep at a 90 degree angle for 14 hours. It was super disappointing to pay for a vip bus and not being able to sleep.

We took overnight bus from Bangkok to Phuket. We arrived to our destination 3h too late. We had one 15minute stop around 23.30 for toilet and snacks, but otherwise bus stopped many times during the ride but we dont know why, a bit too many times. There was no wifi and the charging ports didnt work. Otherwise the bus was quite comfortable, we felt safe and we also got snack, water and blanket. If you are booking the same bus we suggest you seats 37 and 38 (last seats in the upper deck on right) since they have far more leg space. Enjoy the ride! :)

The bus was quite comfortable. My seat didn't have a seat belt though. Driver stopped multiple times for no reason. The speed they drove was quite fast, round corners and over bumps in the road which are very loud to drive over so made it difficult to sleep if you hadn't fallen asleep already. Seats recline quite far and air con wasn't too cold so made for an alright trip. We bought snacks beforehand because you only get a bottle of water and some biscuits as well as a blanket. Only really horrible thing about the bus was the toilet.

Cant say anything about other passengers but we got BUS at 1:30 on time and Seat No, 1,2 really that the view was so beautiful and refreshing. I made a lot of beautiful videos for my travelling history. Very happy with this travelling.

too many stops made for the driver either to buy food or give/take things from other people ,so we were 1,5 hour late to reach our final destination. at least, a nice buffet was provided for noon

Nice experience, I slept all the time from 8 pm till arrived!
And the bus arrived at station faster than the schedule, so overall, good experience to sabe money for plane and hotel :)

2am dinner is too late. VIP Bus but no TV. The whole night annoying noise from the roof of the bus so it wasn’t possible to sleep.

The 15.30 bus left at 16.10 and arrived at 06.30, not 03.30. It was called express service and claimed to take 12 hours, so don't take that seriously or chose it over other busses for that reason - a 14 hour bus would have beaten us. However, still good review as we were comfy, and given water, food and a blanket and the driver was careful and drove very nicely.

Good bus, good personal, also they gave us bottle of water and cookies. The only one question is that we came 4 hours later to our destination.
But I read about it before and didn’t expect anything. We stoped a lot a lot of times on the way. Anyway thank you so much! We are satisfied!

Although the bus was really comfortable, the hour was first moved by half an hour, and then late by 40 more minutes. We have arrived to phukhet 4.5 hours late!

trip was ok. arrival 1hour later at Morchit bus station - Southern bus probably even later. Many stops on the way to collect people. Break for lunch and toilet after 8 hours, but toilet on the bus.

Опаздывала на автобус, мне перезвонила девушка и согласилась задержать на 10 минут. Этого мне тоже не хватило и забрали они меня с монумента. ???? Автобус комфортный и очень холодный )

Driver was very fast at night even when raining starts and street becomes curvy, almost had accident. No boring trip at all.. Drops us off at desired location. Nice music

Читали про автобусы,но даже и не представляли, что сервис на таком низком уровне. Нет розеток, в автобусе очень сильно работает кондиционер, когда нет солнца на улице, ощущения в автобусе как в холодильнике(на просьбы убавить его могут только выключить). По расписанию не едет, выехали на час позже, приехали на 1,5 часа позже. Остановка около магазина и фудкорта была только одна за 15 часов езды. В общем, из плюсов только возможность сесть на 2 этаже у панорамного стекла и цена.

Le voyage en lui même était très bien ! La nourriture pendant "l'escale" était au top ! Sauf qu'à l'arrivée ma valise a été échangé avec quelqu'un d'autre et donc j'ai dû attendre 1 heure afin que les chauffeurs retrouvent ma valise, pendant cette heure la, le chauffeur m'a emmené dans une station service et donc du coup j'ai du payer un taxi de la station service jusqu'à l'hôtel car le chauffeur nous voulait pas nous reconduir jusqu'à Phuket bus terminal !

Автобус отправился минут на 40 позже, но при этом прибыл в пхукет немного раньше времени. Моё место оказалось не там, где я его выбирала на схеме при покупке билета. Автобус не айс, немного потрепанный внутри, из туалета слегка попахивало на первом этаже.

Genug Platz zum Entfalten. Ich bekam eine Flasche Wasser, eine Packung Kekse und eine Decke. Der Fernseher blieb ausgeschaltet. Es wurde eine Einkaufspause nach 3 Stunden gemacht, mehr Pausen nicht.
Nach so langer Zeit ist wohl keine Fahrt schön. Mit diesem Bus lässt es sich aber aushalten.

Bus not as represented. No wifi, no TV, saw locals paid less for fares than we did. Bathroom nearly unusable. Attendent was only seen once before we left to hand out water and snacks. Only plus is the seats recline enough that we slept through most of the experience.

We used 12go Asia Bus last december 2015 from Bangkok to Phuket. We started the trip in the evening and arrived the following morning. The trip was very confortable, each seat was big enough to enjoy the long way.
We can easily sleep during the journey if we trust into the driver...so get something to fall asleep... ;-) The bus driver drived fastly.
However small bag with food/drinks and a blanket for the frozen night were available on each seat.
We recommend this company for the good price and the fact that when you wake up (if you can get asleep) you're arrived...;-) or you can get a flight for the double price and for 2 hours versus 12 hours for the trip.

Зашел на сайт, выбрал маршрут и дату, выбрал места, оплатил, распечатал первую страницу брони, обменял ее на билеты в окошке на станции. Все просто и удобно. Кресла удобные.

Огромный ондиционер работает на полную и всем плевать, что люди мерзнут.
В пробках не стояли, но приехали позже больше, чем на час.
Туалетной бумаги в туалете нет, как и раковины, чтобы руки помыть.
Жалею, что выбрал такой автобус.
Но доехали, не сломались, поэтому 2 балла.

It's a 13hr bus ride what can you really say. They provided blankets and water. AC is always on so dress warm. Better than sitting in your own sweat though. I'm taking the same route back to Bangkok. So it wasn't that bad....

Getting the tickets and finding the terminal in Bangkok was easy, but the trip itself was horrible due to extremly cold airconditioning and aggressive/dangerous driving habits of the driver. Even after he was stopped by the traffic police he continued speeding and passing cars in spite of opposing traffic. There were no working seat belts available. The airconditioning was extremly cold and the TV way too load. Also the bus was in bad shape. At one seat the inside was already coming out, the toiletdoor did not shut and instead of a sink there was a bucket with water available. We would never do this again, since we were horrified the whole 13 hours. But it was very fast.
