We were placed right by the doors to another cart which meant there was extreme noise coming from the train. The AC didnt really reached ud and our bags couldnt be put in the overhead compartments because the ceiling was lower where we sat.

We had a problem: we'd left a mobile phone in a taxi and there was very little time left before the train departed. The entire security staff worked together, contacted the taxi driver, and managed to get us on board as the last passengers and retrieve our phone. Everyone was incredibly welcoming! And in the morning, there was a fantastic breakfast. It was an exciting and truly wonderful experience.

Thr journey was the overnight service and while first class was not available second class proved enough. Staff and facilities are effective and most importantly all passengers are quiet and respectfull which makes the journey. Thank you guys I would do again. 😊

Its way more better, if we have options to select our bed position (upper or lower) in train. Otherwise overall experience is good.

The price was low, the toilet walls were crawling with small flies/insects, should be frequently sprayed with vinegar or insecticides

Relatively comfortable for a 10+ hr ride. Reclining seats helped. Surprised that there was no food or drinks on board. I thought maybe vendors would come on at train stations
